Plaintiff injured for whom we recovered $2.1 million due to injuries she suffered while being rear-ended by a delivery truck.



Recovered $1.6 million for Plaintiff for wrongful death of spouse when she was hit broad-side as she proceeded through an intersection with her having the right-of-way.



Represented Plaintiff who was injured when t-boned at an intersection wherein Plaintiff had the right-of-way resulting in leg injuries to Plaintiff and a verdict of $1.2 million which is the largest plaintiff's verdict in Kings County wherein a governmental entity was not the defendant.



Defending company in wrongful termination wherein claim of $10 million was made and ultimately resulted in company payment of $250,000.00.



Represented multiple Plaintiffs who were injured while going to work when a trucker crossed into the Plaintiffs' lane of travel resulting in a settlement of $1 million.



Represented company in environmental dispute wherein claim against company was in the amount of $70 million and resulted in company found to have no obligation for payment of environmental claim.



Represented company in dispute against insurance carriers who had issued policies of insurance, but denied coverage resulting in company being afforded coverage for underlying claims.
