Biography

Ms. Dodd is a graduate of Hanford High School (2011), California State University, Fresno (2015, B.A., Philosophy, magna cum laude), and Pepperdine University School of Law (2018, J.D., magna cum laude). During her time in school, Dodd worked for the Fresno Unified School District as a Substitute Teacher, the District Attorney's office as a Legal Intern, and Pepperdine Law Review as an Associate Editor.

Ms. Dodd primarily works with government clients, such as cities and school districts.  Ms. Dodd is experienced in public employment law, labor negotiations, and various other matters that arise when representing government clients. Ms. Dodd has conducted numerous Skelly and employee appeal hearings for the government clients she serves as well.  Ms. Dodd also serves her government clients by conducting employee investigations and providing various training on the Brown Act and other applicable areas of the law.
In addition to the above, Ms. Dodd also litigates a wide array of cases for her government clients and for private organizations.  Ms. Dodd has litigated civil rights, personal injury, employment, eminent domain, and various other types of cases.

Ms. Dodd is currently serving as the City Attorney for the City of Lindsay, and is also the Assistant City Attorney for the City of Tulare.
