Biography

Mr. Silveira is a graduate of Hanford High School ('09), California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo ('13, B.A., Agriculture Business, minor Water Policy and Law), and Pacific McGeorge School of Law ('19, J.D., Water and Environmental Law concentration). Prior to attending law school, Sebastian worked for U.S. House of Representative David Valadao. During law school he interned for two Central Valley water agencies (Merced Irrigation District and Westland Water District). Mr. Silveira is a member of the State Bar of California, Tulare County Young Farmers and Ranchers, Tulare County Foundation for Ag Education and Youth, and the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks. His practice areas are Agriculture, Business, Civil Litigation and Government and Municipal Law.
